Our 3-Step Process
- Clean: we remove moss, algae, dirt, and grime from the pavers.
- Dry: we let the pavers dry for at least 24 hours.
- Sand and seal: within the next 1 to 2 days, we apply the polymeric sand and sealer.
Paver Cleaning
Cleaning brings back the color of your pavers and prepares them for sanding and sealing. We clean paver patios, pool surrounds, walkways, steps, and driveways.
Some older stains, like oil, may fade rather than disappear completely. We will tell you what to expect before we start.

Polymeric Sand
Polymeric sand is fine sand mixed with a binder that hardens after it is activated with water, forming a firmer joint than loose sand. We use commercial-grade polymeric sand.
- Helps keep weeds from growing up through the joints
- Helps discourage ants and other insects
- Resists washout from rain and rinsing
- Gives your pavers a clean, finished look
Paver Sealing
Our premium sealer helps bring out the color of your pavers, repel water and everyday stains, and make routine cleaning easier.
Common Questions
How long does the sealer last?
Our sealer can last 3 to 4 years, and possibly 5 to 7 years if it is maintained.
When can we walk on it?
You can walk on it after 24 hours. We will let you know if your job needs more time, or before you park on a driveway or move furniture back.
Why does the job take more than one day?
Pavers need to dry before the sand and sealer go on. Waiting gives the products the best chance to set properly, and we plan around the weather.
